We understand the complexities of commercial environments, and by offering flexible working patterns where required, including out of hours and weekend working, we ensure projects can be delivered on time whilst maintaining high standards.

We believe proper preparation is an essential foundation to any installation. At D.W. Floor Services we prepare both timber and concrete subfloors to ensure a smooth and durable base for new flooring.
Our process includes applying levelling and smoothing compounds and the application of appropriate moisture control systems where required. By addressing subfloor conditions before installation, we help prevent future issues and ensure flooring performs to the highest standard.

Our commercial flooring services include partial repairs or replacement of damaged sections to restore the appearance and functionality of flooring without the need for a full replacement.
For wooden floors, we provide complete restoration services, including professional sanding to remove surface damage such as dents, scratches and wear and tear. The floor is then finished with a durable protective top coat providing long-lasting protection.

At D.W. Floor Services we provide regular scheduled cleaning using professional-grade equipment for a thorough and effective clean, helping to maintain a floor’s appearance and performance over time.
For wooden floors in high-traffic areas, we also offer planned maintenance programmes that include the application of additional protective top coats. By applying these finishes at the appropriate intervals, the lifespan of the floor can be extended before it becomes worn or compromised.

D.W. Floor Services provides professional floor uplift services, carefully removing carpets, vinyl, tiles and other floor coverings whilst minimising disruption to the site.
Once removed, all materials are safely disposed of and the site is prepared for the next stage of installation.
